I see an error message in AgiNotes and cannot continue / I cannot see the newest features

You will need to clear website data from site Here is a short instruction on how to do it:


  1. On your Android phone, open Chrome or Browser.

  2. To the right of the address bar, tap "the three dots" icon and then Settings.

  3. Tap Privacy and then Clear browsing data.

  4. Choose a time range (1 hour or 1 day should be enough) .

  5. Check "Cookies and site data." Uncheck all the other items.

  6. Tap Clear data.

  7. Then close the browser and open again and go to

  8. Log in normally and enjoy!

  6. Swipe left on to delete that record (Or use Edit -> Delete) - this will not delete your data or records in AgiNotes, just the old version in the browser.

Why can't I find AgiNotes in AppStore/Google Play?

We wanted the keep the pricing as low as possible and due to the large share that the application stores take, we decided to make a web app. This means you cannot find it in application stores. Instead, you can find it in, add it to your home screen and use just like any app. The bonus is, that it won't use the storage space on your mobile phone. Progressive web app is a modern choice.

How can I add AgiNotes to my home screen?


  1. Go to the web browser, e.g. Chrome

  2. Go to the AgiNotes service (

  3. Look for the address bar and tap the three dots to the far right of the screen

  4. Select the “Add shortcut to home screen”

In what languages can I use AgiNotes?

You can use the AgiNotes app in over ten languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish Italian, Portuguese and Dutch!

  1. Open menu and go to Settings

  2. Select your language and save.



Can I edit or delete training sessions or trial runs?

Yes you can.

  1. Choose the training session or trial run you want to edit or delete.

  2. Tap the red pencil in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  3. Choose edit/delete.


How can I download a course map image from AgiNotes to my phone?

  1. Tap and hold on the image you want to save.

  2. Download the image.

Do the entries I make during the free trial disappear when I subscribe to the Premium?

No, they are safe.

Does AgiNotes save only the ten latest entries during the free trial?

No, we save every entry you insert. When you update to the Premium, you’ll see them all.


How can I get AgiNotes Premium?

  1. Go to the app (

  2. Tap on the menu at the top-right corner.

  3. Choose "Subscription".

  4. Subscribe to premium and enjoy the unlimited use of the app and all the interesting stats!

How to use the gift card:

  1. Go to the app ( and choose "Subscription" from the upper right menu.

  3. Start using the Premium!

Is the yearly subscription valid for a calendar year or 12 months?

The yearly subscription continues always for 12 months, no matter when you make the subscription.
